Javascript for Checkbox Select all and single checkbox

Hi Friends,

    How to bind default checked values and how to get the values checked items, including select all option.

   Which means I need to design and develop dropdown with checkbox, including select all option with clear button.  

   We are using HTML5, MVC5 and VS2013

   Can any one give me the clear idea? I am new in MVC application.
