javascript using checkbox

Can you post your html markup?

i have 5 fields grid,feeder,sstn,tranformer and line.i want to open the datas and display on google maps,all done but the pblm is that if i check on checkbox ,then another checked data is gone and google map show present data.if their is some other option,kind tell me.....

Why do you want to encode the checkbox? what javascript is loaded?
