I want to add one important point, if you are taking outsourcing or freelancer project from somebody then firstly take the advance money then you start to work or you can take money as module wise. Otherwise nowadays people has become so much fraud. They will take whole  project without money.

Before 2 years i did one web portal only on Rs 1000. Same project cost would be more than lacs in any company.

I got remaining money as bounce cheque. So be alert while doing this type project. Try to sell your talent in smart ways.

Very nice advice from Jean sahab, I would prefer Windows Apps Store and then trying for other freelancing with help of some websites as suggested by him. I can add few more names of freelancing websites like odesk, freelancer etc.

Try to build to nice Apps and upload on Store for sell. There are many online market places where you can post and sell your Apps. If you build good Apps, it will make you popular with profit.

Multiple ways are possible, but quality & patience are the key runners:

1) Online Job Portals like elance.com, guru.com
2) Outsourcing contacts through Linked-In
3) Selling Apps on Windows App Store..
