WPF is little bit different from web development though now a days mixed pattern is in practices too. your 2 years are in web development or windows development accordingly you can opt WPF or Web. WCF is used in both category and common. It is used to write services for consuming in your client applications.
If you have 2 years exposure in .net then it is good. Developers having experience in range between 2-5years or 3-6 years have a good demand. So, little bit enhancement of your skills and polishing can give you a good job.
It is common tendency, everyone want ready-made things with free items or surplus. Likewise, companies also look for a candidate who has good exposure or at-least good understanding on almost all technologies!!!(thought it is not possible).
In web development, mostly two types of applications are built. One is more closure to user interactions and other is to data handling. If you are comfortable with UI development then go for HTML5, CSS3 etc and in other side you can opt Web APIs, WCF, ORMs for data services.
Thanks,
All the Best!!!

It is fact that maximum companies are asking for that concepts and technologies with .net.
you have to be prepare with time.
if you have knowdledge of webservice then i suggest you that study wcf.
it is not too hard to learn yourself.
it will improve your web-development area..then if you leave wpf and try for only web-developer then it will better chance to get a good job.
But i suggest you to learn new technology with time to time.
All the Best for your career.

I think if you want to become a good developer always being yourself updated.
From my point of view It will create problem in future becoz after WCF service noone wants to use web service because web service is run on http only but WCF service is protocol independent. Wcf is more convenient to use . so i think be updated.
