i completed 9 month as software developer.....now company told me to change ur profile or switch.....help me

Hi Amit,

If you are really serious about your career then make every move with a lot of care. Leaving a company in 9 months is not a good sign. I suggest hand go for another 3 months . Although, It;s not clear what you meant by :company told me to change your profile" but I assume they want you to work on different technology.

Hi Amit,
If you are loving your profile then don't bother about it. you can improve your knowledge in your profile and try to find new job and after that you will leave your company.

Hi,

When company change your profile as Junior Developer or Sr. Software developer then it is good but they change other than programming role like QA Analyst then you want to think more.In my point of view If you are interested in programming will stay their and study the new technologies otherwise you can switch your job.
