JPG to DICOM and Print
i need a solution for one of my application, i need a software which can convert a JPG image to Dicom acquired from a canon camera,display it,some image manipulation tools and then dicom print, so could you help?

There are some commercial toolkits that support loading JPEG images and saving them to DICOM format. One example is leadtools. I am familiar with this toolkit, because one of our internal-use applications is based on it. This toolkit supports loading JPEG images (and many other formats) and save them to DICOM Dataset. I think you will have full control over the result DICOM image tags (Pixel data, patient name, patient ID, etc.). You can find more information here:
