Getting same error while clicking manage nuget packages

After 2 days of research i found solution for this.
I Have tried UnInstall Nuget package and reInstall Nuget packages, not works at at all.
Finally i followed

Solution is :
Setp 1: UnInstall Nuget Package (Restart VS)
Step 2: ReInstall Nuget Package (Restar VS)

if it's work's fine. else
Step 3: UnInstall Nuget Package
Setp 4: Install Nuget Package Manually

Setp 5: Go to - Tools - Extension and updates
Step 6: Install Nuget package from online
Step 7: Restart VS and Run project.

i did ,it works . after restart VS again getting same error.

As per the image i removed .xml active log

after installed nugetpackage , still getting same error.

If i open new VS2015 application , nuget package works perfectly (i tried).
Only Operation failed error popup this Application only.

ok then try following simple steps.
1. Completely close all versions and windows of Visual Studio
2. Reopen a blank Visual Studio window
3. Navigate to Tools -> NuGet Package Manager -> Package Manager Settings
4. Press "OK"
5. Open the project you were having issues with
6. Try opening "Manage NuGet Packages..." or running your project

Altaf, i tried couple of times. still getting same error. any other solution ?

Uninstalling NuGet and reinstalling it through the "Extensions and Updates" under "Tools" to no avail. then try to to open nuget package manager.. it will work..
