kendo date picker min and max value not support windows 8,10

hi sir,

 

   kendo date picker min and max value not support windows 8,10 .how can i solve in this issue.    please give me suggestion. the below give code and  generated error.so u modify below coding then send me.

                  i have one more issue. i m implement bing map in my project.. my requirement is more than origin - destination that is one point to another point(ex.chennai to bangalore,mumbai to delhi) i need to differentiate polyline color..how to implement..can you help me .it is very urgent so kindly do the needful.

I think that has nothing to do with the OS, always browser can be an issue.

But here the issue can be resolved using parsing techniques.
