I have created certain forms(Registration Forms) on which i hv provided 3 textbox for username, password and confirm password.Now i wanted to add language selection option and according to that language,format of all forms should change to that language.........how i can do that......plz some one help me..thanks

Your question is not clear. Did you mean language local or international languages such as English, French etc? If you want your application to support all languages, you need to look into localization feature of .NET.
