in my web site i have to add three languges translations English,German,Russian how can i implement this i am going to do this first time.any idea ?

Hi,

I am not sure which language you are using like Java, C#, etc. The C# case there is a resource files setup as sachin mentioned in his solution apart from that you can use any kind of translation api ( Cognitive Services or Google Translation API ) for any language like C#, Java.

You can create a 'Constants' file where you can add all the strings in all 3 languages that you are using in your website and call the strings stored in the Constants file according to the language selected.

What do you mean by translation. do you mean localization. i mean you website can be viewed in multiple languages. if it is, then you have to create resource files and call them according to language. and you can set it according to system culture. whatever your system culture is, your website will be displayed in the same culture.
