Learn C#

Hey to all

I am student of information System and want to learn programming in C# and SQL.. i have little knowledge of both because i had this subject in High School and now I want to renew it.. What is best way to learn it. I understand variables, data structures, functions methods, inheritance, encapsulation but when i want to build something i totally freeze.. Is here on this website some good tutorials or articles that will help me?

Above link is a good site to learn C# & SQL. There are videos. But you have to pay. There are free demonstrations video as well.
