length of colums of one DataGrid

I try to being more explicit: first: the datagrid it is inside a windows form. second I would want to know as I can obtain the same effect that I would obtain with double click between the caption of the columns that automatically expand the larghezza of the column.

I belive there are some source code samples and FAQ on C# Corner. Every thing related to columns is hidden in DataGridColumnStyles. Look at this class and its releated classes.
