License Plate Extraction & Recognition, AForge.Net, Emgu CV

Hello buddies
I am working on a project " License Plate Extraction and Recognition". Please share some experiences or guide line for this topic! Currently, i am investigating projection method to extract license plate with Fourier Transformation. But the rate of success is quite poor. Please..help!
