How can I achieve the above Expected Result (shown in Figure 1),
o If All items in A sections are added at Runtime,
o And all items in B sections are taken from different Tables.
These tables are stored using SQL Server.

To achieve the desired result you have to create a custom listbox and
draw the list item on your own.
