Location of the Windows Forms
I changed the coordinates in the right bottom corner of the Windows Forms properties but location of the form is not changing. How to change the location of the form?

If you are, then the best place to set the Location property is in the Properties Box which, when you click on the Form in the designer, will list all its properties.

As long as you use the Windows Forms template, programming such an application is much the same as using the 'paid for' editions.
The Form is split into two partial classes which are in separate files. The VS designer writes its user interface code to one of them and the other is for you to add your own code including event handlers for controls.

I wish to know which version of VS is most suitable to do USING GUI OBJECTS AND THE VISUAL STUDIO IDE, USING CONTROLS and HANDLING EVENTS.

using System;
using System.Collections.Generic;
using System.Linq;
using System.Threading.Tasks;
using System.Windows.Forms;
namespace Z_WindowsFormsApplication1
{
static class Program
{
///
/// The main entry point for the application.
///
[STAThread]
static void Main()
{
Application.EnableVisualStyles();
Application.SetCompatibleTextRenderingDefault(false);
Application.Run(new Form1());
}
}
}

To change it, do something like this:
this.Location = new Point(20, 20);
