Any one have logic behind creating an original url to tiny url and get back original url from that tiny url in c#?

You can use URLRewriting module. Download here: http://www.iis.net/download/URLRewrite
You can change the URL from http://www.domain.com/product_details.aspx?id=1 to http://www.domain.com/book-1/ using this.
