I'm guessing you want to know how to make the code redirect the request to logoff page if id is not an integer? You can change the code to use Int.TryParse(id) method, if false, redirect to logoff page. something like...
if (int.TryParse(id)) {
    //do something
}
else {
    return RedirectToAction("logoff", "Account");
}
