Looking For Job

My cousin Brother completed B.tech in the year 2005.He got job in the year 2007 after gap of 2 years. he worked as Dotnet Developer upto 2011. Due to health issues he is not working from may 2011. Now he is good Health.Again he want to do job .He learned new Technologies MSBI.Please give me Good Suggestion And Advice how to get Job.
