You can try to search IT job at your country.

Try step by step recruitment process.

Do some tests, and wait the final result.

If you deserve with the position, you will get your job.

If you failed, you can try to process to one or some companies in same time.

in the mean time u can improve ur skill as u said the onboarding process will take time. if u are in urgence aplly through linkedind naukri etc..i was onboarded after 2 months. pls be patient and all is  well.
