Looking to change the company. Pls advice?

Hi This is venkatesh i am working as a windows phone developer and having 2 yrs experience and till now i have developed 30 apps which was in the Windows store.Now i am looking to change the company.I am not getting calls .Can any one suggest me what i have to do. Thanks in advance

I assume you have uploaded your CV on famous Job Portals.

Make your Profile Title very clear in the portal. i.e Software Engineer with 2 years of Experience in ASP.Net/.../.../...

Make sure your profile is 100% completed.

One more hacky thing that you may do is, upload your CV weekly once [may be on sunday]. So that HR will get your CV in the first page of portal's CV list.
