Lost solution after renaming file

I renamed a working solution to help identify it (among 2 others listed in the startup page) and after renaming it now I cannot get it to open by using either the OPEN an existing solution or selecting "Recent solutions" from list. How can I restore the files and then rename it properly?

Your solution file may be corrupt. Try to open the project (.prj) file. Did you move to a different location?

If you still can't open it (corrupted it), then you can open the .sln file in Notepad to see if path is correct.

Alternatively, you can create a blank solution and add your existing project to it.
