It’s too easy for ML computing :) , simple standard deviation

 

From Wikipedia:

 

Specifically, no more than 1/k^2 of the distribution's values can be more than k standard deviations away from the mean (or equivalently, at least 1−1/k^2 of the distribution's values are within k standard deviations of the mean).

 

So, for 1 std deviation, at least 0 points are within 1 std deviation from mean.

 

So there is a chance that no value is affected. But yeah, this is for mean and not median.Hope this helps!
