If you are storing connection string in web.config then you have to change the connection string because you are connection other SQLServer.

Yes, you can do some workaround for that. Add all possible SQL server connection strings in Web.config.

SqlServer" value="1" />

In code-behind/class file you need to check value of SqlServer. Mark it as: if its value 1 then it refers to myConnectionString1 and likewise 2 for myConnectionString2.

string value = System.Configuration.ConfigurationManager.AppSettings["SqlServer"];

if(value == "1")

{

connectionString = ConfigurationManager.ConnectionStrings["myConnectionString1"].ConnectionString;

}

else if(value == "2")

{

connectionString = ConfigurationManager.ConnectionStrings["myConnectionString2"].ConnectionString;

}
