Someone who can help me

I get value = 2021-10-05 (Critical Patch Level:2022-04-01) in one column, but this needs to split as below

A = 2021-10-05

B = 2022-04-01

I did dynamic solution, even if the string gets change in future only dates should be taken

If you are looking solution for C#, Use the following code for your solution, I am using a single variable to store finaldate, you can use according to your requirements:
string value123 = "2021-10-05(Critical Patch Level: 2022-04-01)";
string[] dates = Regex.Split(value123, @"(\d{4}-\d{1,2}-\d{1,2})");
DateTime dateTime;
string finalDate = "";

foreach (var item in dates)
{
    if (!String.IsNullOrEmpty(item) && DateTime.TryParseExact(item, "yyyy-MM-dd", CultureInfo.InvariantCulture,
            DateTimeStyles.None, out dateTime))
    {
        finalDate += item + "\n";
    }
}

Hey, if your string format/position is fixed, like before first date there will be no character and last date will come at the end with end bracket ')', then you can use the below query.
DECLARE @columnValue NVARCHAR(MAX) = '2021-10-05 (Critical Patch Level:2022-04-01)'

DECLARE @valueA NVARCHAR(10) = (SELECT SUBSTRING(@columnValue, 1, 11))
PRINT @valueA
DECLARE @valueB NVARCHAR(10) = (SELECT SUBSTRING(@columnValue, LEN(@columnValue) - 10, 10))
PRINT @valueB
