Yes, this Specialist exam I mentioned will be right-fit for you and will give you a good knowledge depth-n-breadth of the C# as Language

none of the exams are there for beginners.You should have at-least 2 years of experience in relevant technology. Grab the knowledge first and then go for it.
You can pass exams using dumps as well without any experience.
but my suggestion is to try your own..
