MessageBox.Show() to display in front of the C# application

My PC is linked to 2 monitors, top and bottom.
When I run the C# application, it opens at the bottom monitor. I then drag that C# application to the top monitor. However, when there is a MessageBox pops up, it is at the bottom monitor.
How can I set it such that the MessageBox pop up is at the top monitor?

It looks like little difficult to do that, because the MessageBox class does not provide any option do that.
