metakeyword, metadescription

I have a project which is fully socking me now. I am using metakeyword and metadescription dynamically. Here I am attaching my project. In attachment project you will find two folders named 'website1' and 'website2'.

website1 is my old project on the same but 'website2' is my new project where i am wishing to used metadescription and metakeywords as i have used earlier in website1 project. but now it is fully socking me and now i am unable to correct it.

please you do download and run this project and reply me reason.

it's urgent !! plz
