This is a good decision, loot at the certification of your choice here https://www.microsoft.com/learning/en-in/exam-70-486.aspx

Based on your city and location you can search for a Prometric Testing Center, they conduct the MS exam. You can either register online or in-person by visiting them.

You shall carry a Govt Provided Photo ID, preferably passport along with fee of Rs 2500/-
