  try as foolows

  Go to 'Add/Remove Programs' in Control Panel, search for "Microsoft SQL Server Data Tools" and repair.

  You need to change the folder names as per username. Do not copy/paste directly - change username..

  Follow below steps: 

  • Close all instances of Visual Studio
  • Delete everything in this folder C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\Microsoft\VisualStudio\14.0\ComponentModelCache
  • Restart Visual Studio
  • Reload Project in Visual Studio
