If your site is not big enough, you can try the trial version of the tools which is mentioned in previous reply.

I am not sure why its very complex. if you want to migrate a site/site collection from one O354 tenant to another, its very easy to do.

do you remember we used to save site as template to move from one site to another site in SP 2007 and 2010 .. its a same concept.

1. just save your site as a template --> this is your site structure and services assicoated
2. attach the template to new site in a new tenant
3. now bring your data using tool

we went through this somany times please let me know.

Moving the site collections from one O365 tenant to 2nd tenants is not easy one, there is no OOTB way to do it. You have multiple options:
Develop some custom code to perfom migration
map dirve and move the sites between
Best method is using the 3rd party tools i.e. sharegate (it is cheap and easy to use)

You can done using the third party migration tools
Sharegate
Metalogix
Avepoint
If you want you can achieve the same using Custom Code for migration
