Unfortunately, there's no direct migration path from Log Analytics Agent (MMA) to Azure Monitor Agent (AMA). You'll need to manually uninstall MMA and install AMA on each machine. While time-consuming, carefully planning and potentially automating the process can help minimize disruptions.
