Yes, that was the issue, section 3 has extra white space, decrease it to the maximum height of label and your issue will get resolved. Good Luck

You need to show the design of crystal report, it cannot br determined by viewing the form designer, all stuffs needs to be adjusted in crystal report itself.

Can you show the designer view as it might looks like the table has extra space, decreasing it size will solve your issue.
