Mobile imei Tracker

I want to develop mobile imei tracker software. When user will enter imei number in text field then below will display current location of that imei number. and also want to show handset model, and service provider.

If anyone can have done it before so please help me.

We are into tracking industry and currently there is only one option apart from imsi tracking is gps module, and that could be achieved by creating an app that will be installed on a mobile devices, fetches the location based on gps anteena and share that location to your server.

@Amit you're correct, but we need service provider database access.

Agreed with the points of @Amit Mohanty, but catching using cellphone towers doesn't give you the pinpoint location of the cellphone, it will give you the location of the nearest tower of the sim service provider.

I don't understand why someone have downvoted my answer, I would be glad if they post their relevant solution apart from that.

IMSI and IMEI Tracker Technology:

Police sometimes use tracking devices known as IMSI catchers, or Stingrays, to monitor cellphone movements. These machines essentially impersonate cellphone towers and intercept communications from cellphones, including their IMSI and IMEI codes.

Therefore, a network of IMSI catchers can tell what cellphone users are in what areas at what times. Criminals and spies may also use these devices for their own purposes.

While it may be possible to build your own IMSI catcher, you should consider the ethical and legal consequences before doing this.
