modal or pop up

Question

Hello sir,

I want to show a notice board in a repeater or any other control like gridview or list view.

So I have uploaded the notice heading and notice content. So when I will retrive the heading of notice in any control. when I will click on headings the notice content will show on a pop up or a modal.
