i want to modify the jquery library file and want to use it.

so can anyone let me what are the steps to follow for modifying the jquery library.

Yes, you can download a jquery library and modify it based on your specific requirement.

But make sure to test your changes thoroughly.

And you will have to forfiet your advantage of getting any future updates of this library.

What exactly do you want to modify? Perhaps you can create a plugin to do what you need, instead of modifying such a large codebase.

Anyway, download the uncompressed dev version of the library, and adjust to your liking I guess.
