MS Access database connection with xml

I have created a relationship MS Access database and i want to use xml to send data to the database and recieve data from it. To keep it simple, if i have a database called db1.mdb and a table called meals and and it had a field called name. Using xml to send data from the database what script would i need to pull the xml in and put it in label1 in a form in a pocket pc application, any ideas, or good links for MS Access database connection with vb.net, thanx
