Hi, I need assistance with a connection string whereby the path needs to be accessed with a username and password. Is it possible to add it to the connection string or do I need to access it via another method/class to actually access the path in order to connect to the database.

You can use path in connection string, but use application relative path over absolute path. This will ensure that your connection will work even after changing the application root folder path. This, https://www.connectionstrings.com/access/, URL has connction string Ref. for both ACE and JET versions of drive.
