MS Access Required Field Validation

i have one form and some textboxes and Comboboxes, i want to store that data into tables. all data will be stored in talbe. but when i press other buttons validation is not work properly.when i press save button only then validation will be run as per assigned

Please elaborate more, is button in ms access or your developing application, what your trying to do let us now.
