I use bootstrap chosen plugin for showing multiple selcted value.I want to save multiple selected values in database in asp.net mvc

Change your model to use a MultiSelect and an array of ints for the selected items like this
public class MyModel
{
  public MultiSelectList MList { get; set; }
  public int[] MIds { get; set; }
}

public class SelectItem
{
    public int Id { get; set; }
    public string Name { get; set; }
}
And then
@Html.ListBoxFor(model => model.MIds, Model.MList)

//Get Method Code
public ActionResult Index()
{
        var items = new List();
        items.Add(new SelectItem { Id = 1, Name = "Faisal" });
        items.Add(new SelectItem { Id = 2, Name = "Pathan" });

        var selectedItems = new List();
        selectedItems.Add(new SelectItem { Id = 1, Name = "Faisal" });

        var model = new MyModel();
        int[] MyArray = selectedItems.Select(s => s.Id).ToArray();
        model.MIds = MyArray;
        model.MList= new MultiSelectList(items, "ID", "Name", MyArray);
        return View(model);
}
//Post Method
[HttpPost]
public ActionResult Index(MyModel model)
{
    var selectedItems = model.MIds;
    return View(model);
}
