Multiple row s one columns all values y then Y else N

Hi

    any bosy help in one table one id 1 136 drugs id 2,3,4,5,6  136 drugs id 136 drugs each druge one approve column int his what i want in id 136 drugs approve then it will show one row as Y 2 nd id some drugs only approved some drugs not approved so in this i want to check 136 drugs not approve so it nedd to display N same like other id in id 136 drugs approve then values is Y else N and ,1,2,3 is instcode this 1,2,3 id s r under one district(001) 4,5,6 r other district (0002)i want to disply   oo1 inst approve count  approve count 02 apporve count and not approve count need to display in district wise eg 001 district 1,2 institute 136 drugs approve the Y 001 count 2 not approve 1 like that any body please help for this query
