MVC web application 404 issue

when i am running my MVC project first time its running successfully. but just i stop an run it again. it throw "Http 404.0 error -Not Found" error. After that when i clear the browser cache it work fine. why it happen?

Hi, 404 is Page not found. May be you had made some changes in your applications and but its not reflected due to caching. Once you clear the cache, the changes get reflected.
