As you are worked in Windows for last 2 years, you will have less experience in web components. Web components are HTML, Javascript, CSS, jQuery, AJAX, JSON, XML, Client-Server Architecture. You need to go through W3Schools(http://www.w3schools.com) which is best site for beginners.

 

Secondly we will discuss about ASP.NET Webform and MVC. As you want to learn MVC without webform, you need to learn basic concepts of ASP.NET and C# language.

Basic concepts of ASP.NET like State Management(Session, Cookie, HiddenField, QueryString, Cache, Application variable etc..), Routing etc. Go through below URL to learn basic on ASP.NET

Once you will have basic idea about ASP.NET and C#/VB language, you can start learn MVC. For MVC you need to learn one more language Razor which is popular in MVC. Keep patience and start learn.
