If I am not wrong you are talking about MVP award.

MVP stands for Most Valuable Professional. Many forums sites gives the prestigiuos award like Microsoft, C# corner, MVB(at DZone). This award given to those people who shares their knowledge with others, writing article, blogs and answer in public forums.
