Semantics aside, any of the .Net programs will do, because they'll all be using the ASP.NET. VB.Net is probably the easiest and, though many c sharp people will disagree, is just as powerful if not more so. C# has a slightly higher learning curve because it forces structure, there are no other real advantages. Visual J+ is the MS equivalent of Java and if you're at all familiar with that language you'll have no trouble Finally, C++ offers the most power and flexibility, but has a very high learning curve. Other languages are beyond the scope of these discussion forums.

i got a idea for my project. which is develop a system or a software which can detect the web site for the end user browsing,if they suft some illegal website,then my system will automatic block the browser. is it clear for you? i just no idea how to start the project bcoz i dont know wat language is able to develop this system.got any reference..?

What you're asking is accomplished by any language that supports web browsing including just HTML. You'll have to get a little more specific about what you're trying to accomplish.
