Need a Batch program to Toggle 2 programs starting and Endin

Question

I am looking for a program to run in Windows 7 at startup that will shutdown a program and start another when a key is pressed.

Example:

 On windows boot and program called Game1.exe runs.  When the "H" key is pressed, I need the program to shutdown Game1.exe and start program Game2.exe.  When the "H" key is pressed again, it will shutdown Game2.exe and start Game1.exe.  This given process just repeats.

 The above filenames and key pressed are just examples but, if someone can help me out, I can give them the exact info.
