Need Advice for MBA IT

Question

Hi, I am MCA, BSC, GNIIT, JETKING and i have over 12 years experience in IT Management working as IT Manager in a private company. Since my 12 years, my salary has been in the range of 20-22k gross. I have not got good hike in my career in IT. Will doing MBA IT help to excel in my career?

 

Also, on my job now a days more demand in for mobile apps. I know programming in Dotnet/Sql but do not know how to do mobile app programming. Also if I make any software (Webbased) in dotnet with database sql, then how to use my ready code converted in mobile apk format without again developing the mobile code? 

 

For earning extra, I do freelancing of making static responsive website in html/css and also teaching computer basics to those who require it on personal front.

 

But seriously I require advice on how can I do good in my career ?  Please advise me.
