Need example on listbox in mvc using ADo.net

Question

Hi All,

 

I need to bind list of languages into the listbox in mvc with ado.net code.

 

And after binded how we need to post that selected list item values to Post Action method when i click on Submit button.

 

And How to Get selected list items  including all list items  when i click on Edit button.

 

Kindly please give one example which matches my requirement
