Need excel formula to remove duplicate

I want to remove redundant data from column. Please give me only thse values which are coming in col a but not in col b

Try this by changing the range accordingly

=ISERROR(MATCH(A1,$B$1:$B$10,0))

The below formula give you label as Unique and Duplicate if pasted in Column C.
=IF(ISERROR(MATCH(A1,$B$1:$B$10000,0)),"Unique","Duplicate")
