hello sir i am done MCA in 2013 and i have 6 month experience in window application programing.can give me advice what should i learn for good job and how to improve my self..

How is this going to get you a job?
Simple.
Resumes are something companies nowadays do not trust specially in India. Whereas big companies are hiring developers specially from communities like stackoverflow..
So you learned a language.. show your knowledge by helping the community..
Eventually this is a long process..
The logic behind is, every community has a point system these days like charpcorner too.
Increase points here and mention this in your resume or even companies look for developers in this community...
