need help developing a bluetooth application

Hi all i'm a newbie in bluetooth and i want to write a bluetooth application in c# for ipaq that sends data from one ipaq to other ipaq. i don't know how to start.i know ipaq doesn't use Microsoft bluetooth stack. does anybody know any tutorial, links, sample code that can help me? pls respond to me. i appreciate your help a lot.
